How we handle your information

Who we are

Legacy Rewired is operated by Christopher Friesen in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it means Legacy Rewired and Christopher Friesen personally.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver what you purchased.

• Assessment responses. Your answers to the Deep Insight Profile questions. These are personal and we treat them that way.
• Email address. Provided through Stripe at checkout. This is your identity key for accessing your results.
• Name. When provided at checkout.
• Payment information. Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or billing address.
• Guide conversations. If you subscribe to the Legacy Rewired Guide, your coaching conversations are stored to provide continuity. They are private to you.

How we use it

• Generate your Deep Insight summary and full report from your assessment responses.
• Deliver your results and any purchased upgrades to your email.
• Send a short email sequence after purchase (up to 5 emails over 14 days) with coaching context and next steps. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• If you subscribe to the Guide, use your profile and conversation history to provide personalized coaching.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your assessment responses with anyone. We do not use your personal information for advertising.

Connected Profiles

If you choose to share your assessment with a coach or connect it to another person’s profile (for example, a partner or team member), that requires your explicit consent every time. No one sees your report unless you grant access. If someone else connects their profile to yours, you will never see their raw report, only what their connection means for your coaching picture.

AI and report generation

Your assessment responses are processed by AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate your report. Your responses are sent to the AI for that purpose only. They are not used to train AI models and are not retained by the AI provider after processing.

If you use the Guide, your coaching conversations are processed by AI in real time. The Guide remembers your history to provide continuity, but your conversations are never shared, published, or used for any purpose beyond your own coaching.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Canada (Supabase, ca-central-1 region). The platform is hosted on Vercel. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email delivery uses Microsoft 365 via Make.com automation.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (database, hosted in Canada)
• Vercel (web hosting)
• Anthropic (AI processing for reports and Guide)
• ElevenLabs (voice for the Guide)
• Make.com (email automation)
• Calendly (booking walk-through sessions)

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function (session tokens, access tokens). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA), you have the right to:

• Access your personal information. Ask us what we have and we will show you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your data. If you want your assessment responses, report, and account removed, email us and we will do it.
• Withdraw consent for any future communications at any time.

Email contact@legacyrewired.com for any of these requests. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your assessment data and reports for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide the services you purchased. If you request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by Canadian tax law.

Children

The Deep Insight Profile is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Not a diagnostic tool

The Deep Insight Profile is for reflection, coaching, and growth. It is not a diagnostic tool and does not diagnose any medical or mental health condition. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency services.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top and, where practical, notify you by email.
